AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :

Section 1. Amend § 709(c), Title 4 of the Delaware Code by deleting the period (.) at the end of said Subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“, except as provided for in Subsection (i) in regards to taproom offs.”.

Section 2. Amend § 709(i), Title 4 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the word “store” as it appears therein, the phrase:

“or taproom off”.

Section 3. Amend § 709(i), Title 4 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the word “store’s” as it appears therein, the phrase:

“or taproom off’s”.
