AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CRITICAL NEED SCHOLARSHIPS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §3420(b)(1), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting the words “and charter schools” after the word “districts” and before the “.” at the end of the sentence therein.
Section 2. Amend §3420(b)(2)a., Title 14, Delaware Code by deleting the “.” at the end of the sentence therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“or a charter school; and”.
Section 3. Amend §3420(b)(2)b., Title 14, Delaware Code by deleting the sentence “Teaching on a temporary or limited standard certificate.” in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“Teaching on a temporary, emergency or limited standard certificate; and”.
Section 4. Amend §3420(b)(3), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting between the words “districts” and “on” as they appear therein, the words “and charter schools”.
Section 5. Amend §3420(b)(4), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting between the words “Districts” and “are” as they appear therein, the words “and charter schools”.
Section 6. Amend §3420(c), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting between the words “Districts” and “will” as they appear in the first sentence therein, the following words “and charter schools”.
Section 7. Amend §3420(d), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting after the word “districts” or “Districts” wherever it appears therein, the following words “and charter schools”.
