AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS AND THE SIGNING OF DEATH CERTIFICATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1731(b), Title 24 of the Delaware Code by adding the following at the end thereof:
“(20) Signing the death certificate of a person prior to the actual time of death of the person.”
