AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PERMANENT STUDENT RECORDS IN PRIVATE BUSINESS AND TRADE SCHOOLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8530, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "permanent" from the section's descriptive heading.
Section 2. Amend §8530(a)(2), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "permanent" as it appears therein.
Section 3. Amend §8530(a)(3), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "permanent" as it appears therein.
Section 4. Amend §8530(b), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "permanent" as it appears therein.
Section 5. Amend §8504(7)b., Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "permanent" and "file" where each word appears twice therein.
