CHAPTER 315.
OF THE LEVY COURT.
AN ACT to amend Section 6, of Chapter 8, of the Revised Code, entitled "Of the Levy Court."
Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. That Section 6 (six) of Chapter 8 (eight) of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, entitled "Of the Levy'
Court," be amended by adding thereto the following, to wit; "A special meeting of the Levy Court may be called in vacation by any five commissioners. The Clerk of the Peace, upon being directed by them in writing so to do, shall immediately give ten days written notice, to all of the commissioners of the special meeting, and of the day upon which it is to be held. Such special meeting shall be held at the usual place of meeting, and may be adjourned from time to time as occasion may require. The Levy Court may, at a special meeting, or at any adjourned meeting of a special or stated meeting, transact any business which may lawfully be done at a stated meeting unless it is otherwise provided by law."
