CHAPTER 324.

An Act to amend Section 36, Chapter 111 of the Revised Statutes of Rev. Code 803.the State of Delaware.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 36, of Chapter 111, of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, viz: by inserting immediately after the word "Chancellor" and before the word "or," in lines 1 and 2 of said Section, the words "or by order of the Orphans' Court for the payment of debts."

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted by authority aforesaid That Section 37 of said Chapter 111, be and the same is hereby amended as follows : by inserting after the word "order" and before the word "or," in line 1 of said Section, the words "or the Orphans' Court if the sale be made upon its order for the payment of debts."
