CHAPTER 34.

GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING PUBLIC OFFICERS.

AN ACT to amend Section 9 of Chapter 24 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, entitled "General Provisions Respecting Public Officers."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. That Section 9 of Chapter 24 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, entitled "General provisions respecting Public Officers," be and the same hereby is amended by striking out the word "sixteen" in the seventh line of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "fifty."
