CHAPTER 50.

OF THE LEVY COURT.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 22, Volume 21, of the Laws of Delaware, providing for payment of expenses for certain services of Levy Court Commissioners of Kent County in certain instances.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Section 5 of Chapter 22, Volume 21, Laws of Delaware, be, and the same is hereby amended by inserting after the word "Treasurer", where it appears in the forty-ninth line of said Section and before the word "that", where it appears in the forty-ninth line of the said Section, the following to wit:

"Except, however, that the said Levy Court Commissioners shall be paid by the Levy Court of Kent County the actual expenses incurred by them for committee and inspection work performed by them outside of the Representative District from which they were elected."
