CHAPTER 540.

OF EXECUTION.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 111, of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, entitled "Of Execution."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 24, of Chapter 111, of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to the end thereof the following :" The Court House in each county shall be considered a public house for the purpose of such sales."
