LOCALE REGISTRARS

AN ACT to amend Chapter 25 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware relative to the filing of birth certificates with Local Registrars.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: That Chapter 25 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware be and same is hereby amended by striking out all of the third paragraph of 807 Section 72 and inserting in lieu thereof ' the following;

Section 1. Each physician and midwife shall be entitled to be paid the sum of ten cents for each certificate of child born, properly and completely made out and registered with the Local Registrar in the district in which the birth occurred. The Local Registrar shall certify to the State Registrar the amount thus due each physician and midwife on the first day of each year.
