CHAPTER 87
LEVY COURT OF SUSSEX COUNTY
AN ACT to amend Chapter 43 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, as amended relating to the Levy Court of Sussex County, by authorizing the Levy Court of Sussex County to appropriate money to Motorized Fire Companies within Sussex County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 43 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out 1097 A. Section 85 A, as the same appears in Chapter 77 Volume 33, Laws of Delaware, and by inserting in lieu thereof a new Section to be known as 1097 A. Section 85 A.
1097 A. Section 85 A. MOTORIZED FIRE COMPANIES IN SUSSEX COUNTY: The Levy Court of Sussex County is here- by authorized to appropriate to regularly organized and motorized Fire Companies in Sussex County, from year to year, such sums of money for the maintenance and upkeep of the fire equipment of said Fire Companies in Sussex County, as the said Levy Court may deem proper.
