CHAPTER 93.
AN ACT regulating the issuing of process by Magistrates to the Sheriff of New Castle County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met,
SECTION 1. That no writ of summons, or attachment, or process of execution shall be issued or directed to the Sheriff of New Castle County unless the sum demanded, as stated in said writ or the sum to be made by such process of execution shall exceed the sum of fifty dollars inclusive of interest, but exclusive of costs of suit.
SECTION 2. That all laws or parts of laws so far as they are inconsistent with this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
