CHAPTER 95.

OF CONSTABLES.

AN ACT repealing Chapter 295, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware being an Act entitled "An Act to amend an Act entitled 'An Act authorizing the appointment of an additional Constable in New Castle County' ", approved April 16, 1903.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 295, Volume 22, Laws of Delaware being an Act entitled "An Act to amend an Act entitled 'An Act authorizing the appointment of an additional constable

in New Castle County' ", approved April 16, 1903, be and the same is hereby repealed and made null and void.
