CHAPTER 459.

OF THE CLERK OF THE PEACE.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 16, Volume 18, Part 1, of the Laws of the State of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. That Section 1, of said Chapter 16, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of said section after the words "to wit" in the fifth line thereof and inserting the following words in lieu thereof, to wit: And he shall furnish to any Justice of the Peace in his county upon payment of the fee to the State as many licenses as he may desire. It shall not be lawful for any other person than such Clerk or Justice to dispense or distribute said licenses.
