FREE SCHOOLS
AN ACT to require the Display of the American Flag over the Public Schools of the State.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: That it shall be the duty of every Board of Education and every Board of School Trustees in this State to procure the American Flag and cause the same to be displayed out of doors (weather permitting) on the school grounds at every school house in this State, during school hours.
