CHAPTER 210
GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING COURTS
AN ACT amending Chapter 108 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware relative to indices and records of certain Courts and County Offices in New Castle County. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: That Chapter 108 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by adding a new section thereto to be known as 3699 Section 17 A.
3699. Section 17 A. 'Whenever, to preserve the same, it is necessary to renew any record of the said Superior Court, Court of General Sessions, Court of Chancery, Orphan's Court, or any record of the Office of Register of Wills or Recorder of Deeds, such record may be renewed and certified as provided for in 3695 Section 13, 3696 Section 14, 3697 Section 15, 3698 Section 16 and 3699 Section 17 of this Chapter, and compensation therefor awarded to the officers and commission as provided in said sections.
