AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO DISPLAY OF NUMBER PLATES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (two-thirds of all the members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 2126(a) of Title 21, Delaware Code, by striking subsection (a) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new subsection (a) to read as follows:
(a) The plate assigned to a motor vehicle shall at all times be attached to the rear of the motor vehicle, except truck tractors attached to trailers or semi-trailers, whether coupled or uncoupled, shall display the plate on the front of the vehicle in such a manner as to be easily identified. Such plates shall meet the requirements pursuant to subsection (b) of this Act.
