AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 1 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE CODE REVISORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 202, Title 1 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 202. Compensation and expenses.
Each Revisor shall be paid an annual salary of $5,000 and shall be reimbursed by the The Legislative Council shall determine the compensation to be paid to a Revisor and reimburse a Revisor for necessary out-of-pocket and travel expenses incurred in performing the Revisor’s duties under this chapter. The Legislative Council may not set the yearly compensation to be paid to a Revisor at less than $5,000.
