AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 211, VOLUME 83 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE FOCUS ON ALTERNATIVE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 3, Chapter 211, Volume 83 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
Section 3. Section 3404 of Title 19 expires 2 years after the Act’s enactment into law, unless terminated or extended by subsequent action of the General Assembly.
Section 2. Amend Section 4, Chapter 211, Volume 83 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
Section 4. The money appropriated to implement this Act, not to exceed $1 million, shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated or eligible federal funds. § 3404 of Title 19 shall be as follows:
(1) For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, not to exceed $500,000 unless additional federal funds are available for this purpose.
(2) For fiscal years beginning July 1, 2024, not to exceed $1 million.
