AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE OCCUPANT PROTECTION SYSTEM SAFETY ACT.
This Bill requires that any teenage driver under 18 ticketed for driving without a seatbelt on would have their license revoked and be re-issued a Level 1 learner’s permit for 6 months.
