DIRECTING THE DPAS II ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH A SUB-COMMITTEE TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHANGES TO THE CURRENT EDUCATOR EVALUATION SYSTEM.

This House Joint Resolution directs the DPAS II Advisory Committee to review and make recommendations to the current educator evaluation system. This Resolution also limits the State Department of Education’s ability to propose changes to certain sections of the Administrative Code.
