This Amendment does all of the following: (1) Provides for political balance on the Delaware Marijuana Control Act Oversight Committee and the Appeals Commission. (2) Permits an individual subject to a fine, license suspension, or license revocation to request documents relevant to the regulatory action issued by the Commissioner.
