CHAPTER 521.

OF CONVEYANCES.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 83, or the Revised Statutes, of the State of Delaware, entitled, "Of Conveyances."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State Of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 6, of Chapter 83, of the Revised Statutes, of the State of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting in the second line thereof, .after the word " be " and before the word " acknowledged " the words "executed and," and by striking out the " or " in the sixth line thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof, after the word "office," and before the word "legally" the Words following, to wit: "duly authorized by resolution of the directors, trustees or other managers, or by the."
