CHAPTER 656.
OF FENCES.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 57 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: That Chapter 57 of the Revised Code be and the same is hereby amended by inserting in the first line of Section I after the word " wood," the following words: "iron or wood, and iron rods or wire"; provided that barbed wire shall not be used for division fences except by the mutual consent of the owners of the properties divided by such fences.
