CHAPTER 677.
OF ROADS.
AN ACT to Protect County Roads and Bridges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
SECTION I. That no county road or bridge shall be used or occupied by any electric or other railway without the consent of the levy court of the county first had and obtained and subject to such regulations and conditions as the said levy court may from time to time prescribe.
