CHAPTER 333.

OF CONSTABLES.

AN ACT to authorize the Levy. Court of Kent County to reappoint for an additional term or terms; a Constable for Kenton Hundred, who shall reside in the village of Kenton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That it shall and may be lawful for the Levy Court of Kent County, in the exercise of their discretion, to reappoint for any additional term or terms, any Constable for Kenton Hundred, in the county aforesaid, who shall reside in the village of Kenton, in said Hundred.
