OF CONVEYANCES.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 83, of the Revised Code.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met,
SECTION I. That Chapter 83, of the Revised Code of 1852, as amended, 1874, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out section 13, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following, to wit : "-Section 13, a married woman shall have power to make a letter of attorney the same as though she were a feme sole."
