CHAPTER 622.

OF EXECUTION.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 540, Volume 16, Laws of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 1, Chapter 540, Volume 16, Laws of Delaware, be amended by adding at the end of Section 1 the following words: "and the building situated in the town of Dover, Kent County, in which the county offices are kept, generally known as the County Building, shall also be considered a public house for the purposes of such sales."
